First, the Prep
Payment cleared, we take 2-3 business days to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Weekend and U.S. holiday orders roll to the next business day, and a dispatch email confirms the departure.
Time on the Road
Delivery normally takes 20-45 days from dispatch, moving with destination and carrier pace. Orders across the United States and the United Kingdom usually arrive inside that span. If seasonal crowding stretches it, we will tell you.
Costs, Before Checkout
The $30 Mark
- $30.00 or more: shipping costs nothing;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, shown at checkout before you commit.
Taxes and Duties: Covered
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties are strangers to wexqarino customers — we absorb them all. The checkout figure is the final one, to the last cent.
Where We Ship
The United States and the United Kingdom, for now. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses sit outside our routes.
Tracking, On Request
The tracking number comes to life at the carrier's first scan. Email with your order number, and we will send the number, the carrier's link, and updates whenever you ask.
Lost or Stalled Parcels
No movement, or the carrier calls it lost? Write to — verification done, we reship free or refund in full. A lost parcel never turns into lost money here.
The Address, Once More
Please read your delivery address carefully before paying. Parcels aimed at a mistyped address sit outside our responsibility; should one return, we reship the moment you confirm the correct details.
One Order, Many Boxes
Larger orders may split into several parcels across different days, always free of extra charge. Every box carries its own tracking number — ask and it is yours.
